1985 Jetta Carat GLI GAS 3spd AUTO CIS

Now to the fuel distributor.

As many know there’s 5 injector lines, an inlet an outlet line, and a pressure line.

I Loosened the source bolt, turned the key, and gas out like a bandit. So we have delivery and pressure.

Then I source back up and loosened the line. And gas went through the to back to the tank. I have that the fuel is pumping.

So I decided to loosen all the injector The only one that is actually fuel is my CSV. Which I also tested for power/ground. I identified the Problem.

I took the distributor apart, cleaned it, it down; let it dry and the repeated. The thing is like a mirror. I tested the plate, cleaned it etc…

I still have my multi-meter and light handy, I tested the from the harness going to the Differential Pressure Fuel and again on the opposite side sensor on the actual sensor

First off, I verified gas is passing through the differential
