I’m in the of fitting a WoN system to my Mk4 Golf R32 and i’d post a pic of my current and my plans.

My goal is to have a stealthy system that be hard to spot unless you clued up on Nitrous Systems or any Nylon lines run in the engine bay be Sleeved with Black Resistant Sleeving to help go un-noticed.

So far i’ve got the Pulsoids mounted the Scuttle Panel with a bracket i made. not the prettiest, but it be in view (thankfully VW left the point for the wiper mechanism on LHD there for me to use ). The outlet lines been run to the engine bay through the using grommets. Heres a pic the scuttle panel trim

Fuel feed has been into the fuel supply whilst i was here i also the fuel pressure with a gauge, which measured without vacuum (4.0bar pressure regulator, so about

I’ve also installed all the to the Pulsoids ECU (TPS and RPM) and run it the dash, i’ve mounted a looking arm switch inside the car brings in a relay (mounted in the relay plate) to energise the the supply was picked up from an fuse holder in the cars fitted fuse box.

I’ve made some bottle brackets and mounted in the spare wheel well (as don’t have a spare and a 5LB bottle will easily fit the carpet, for the stealth look! The supply line is run inside the car trim.

I have a nitrous gauge ready to go on once i my bottle from NitrousOxideSupplies. i managed to mod a BS8 CO2 bottle fitting i to take 1/8th BSP to 5mm Enots just need to work out i’m going to mount and in the gauge.

At the moment i’m making a Body Spacer plate a M10x1 tapped hole in the to mount a single Crossfire i’ll provide pics of when it’s done.

be using a straight 25bhp for initial setup of fueling and then be upping to 50bhp if is ok. this will be on a MSD RPM Window TPS Eventually i plan on upping to or maybe even 100bhp on a System of some sort, as confident the 3.2 VR6 engine can take it ease!

This is the first time ever played with a System, so i’m learning as i go on, been lingering on these for a little while gathering of information, and as you can see this is my first so go easy on me!
